Due to the tailor-made, human-intensive nature of our consulting and development services, commercial billing and refund rules operate under dedicated project contracts.
1No Direct Online Purchases or Automated Checkouts
This website (punpun.in) operates exclusively as an informational portal, corporate showcase, and B2B inquiry intake channel.
- We do not process instant online checkouts, consumer e-commerce cart transactions, or automated recurring credit card billings directly through this website.
- You cannot purchase self-serve digital goods or off-the-shelf software packages directly on this site.
- Because no financial transactions occur natively through the website forms, no instant online payment refunds or chargebacks can be processed directly via this web portal.
2Client Agreements & Milestone Billing Framework
All paid professional engagements are governed by a mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between your organization and Punpun LLP. Commercial rules are organized as follows:
Advance Discovery & Mobilization Deposits
Project kickoff deposits reserve senior engineering and design team capacity. Once resource allocation and discovery sprints commence, advance mobilization deposits are non-refundable as they offset immediate operational labor.
Milestone-Based Development Sprints
Custom development is phased across structured milestones (e.g., UI Architecture, Frontend Integration, Backend API & Database, QA Launch). Once a milestone is reviewed and signed off by the client, the corresponding milestone fee is earned and non-refundable.
3Recurring Retainers (SEO, Marketing & Support)
For ongoing monthly management services (such as Enterprise SEO campaigns, Google/Meta Ads management, or SLA maintenance retainers):
- Retainers are billed at the beginning of each defined monthly billing cycle.
- Clients may cancel retainers by providing the contractual written notice period specified in their SOW (typically 30 calendar days written notice to
info@punpun.in). - Fees for cycles already commenced and active are non-refundable; services continue uninterrupted through the conclusion of the paid notice period.
4Project Cancellation Protocol & Asset Handover
If a client requests early termination of a custom development engagement prior to final delivery:
- Written Notice: The client must submit formal written notice to their assigned Account Lead and email
info@punpun.in. - Hours Reconciliation: Punpun LLP will calculate all billable engineering, design, and project management hours expended up to the timestamp of termination.
- Final Accounting: Any unspent funds from advanced milestone escrows (beyond accrued labor costs) will be refunded to the client's bank account within 30 business days.
- Deliverables Release: All completed wireframes, Figma assets, design libraries, and functional source code completed up to the date of settlement will be packaged and delivered to the client upon receipt of final clearance.
5Free Consultation Briefings & Audits
Initial 30-minute discovery calls, preliminary marketing audits, and strategic 25-page systems blueprints provided free of charge under our marketing programs carry zero financial charges. As no monetary transaction is initiated for these complimentary briefings, they are strictly non-chargeable and outside the scope of commercial refund claims.
