For projects involving custom software engineering (Next.js, React Native, Node.js), API integrations (Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce), and Artificial Intelligence automations (Large Language Models, RAG architectures, custom agents):

• Third-Party Model Dependencies: Solutions integrating AI frameworks (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, HuggingFace) rely on third-party cloud infrastructure. Clients are responsible for maintaining their respective API billing accounts where required.
• Probabilistic Outputs: Generative AI outputs are probabilistic by nature. While Punpun LLP designs rigorous safety prompts and validation layers, the client retains final review responsibility for domain-specific deployment.
• Source Code Delivery: Ownership of bespoke, custom-written client deliverables passes to the client upon full settlement of all corresponding project milestone invoices in accordance with the SOW.

5Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Protection

All proprietary design systems, brand identities, custom typography, website source code, UI animations, interactive components, case study narratives, and editorial content published on punpun.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Punpun LLP (or our clients under licensed showcase permissions).

You may not:

• Systematically scrape, crawl, index, or extract data from this platform using automated scripts or bots without written consent;
• Mirror, reproduce, modify, or commercially redistribute our case study data or visual branding; or
• Reverse engineer or decompile client-side scripts for unauthorized commercial exploitation.

6Prohibited User Conduct
